Une convention de partenariat a été signée entre l’Agence Nationale de Promotion de l’Emploi et des Compétences (ANAPEC) et GEODESIA, une filiale du groupe Altice située en Allemagne. Cette entente a pour but de recruter, à moyen terme, près de 10.000 employés qualifiés depuis le Maroc.
David Drahi, représentant de GEODESIA, et Noureddine Benkhalil, à la tête de l’ANAPEC, ont officiellement signé l’accord en présence du ministre de l’Inclusion économique, de la Petite entreprise, de l’Emploi et des Compétences, Younes Sekkouri. L’objectif clé de cette collaboration est de créer des opportunités d’emploi pour de nombreux jeunes Marocains en Allemagne.
Selon David Drahi, ce partenariat permettra l’envoi de « nombreux travailleurs marocains en Allemagne », ainsi qu’un échange technologique, notamment dans le domaine de la fibre optique. GEODESIA, qui a été fondée en Allemagne il y a 15 mois, est désormais un leader mondial dans le secteur de la fibre optique.
Noureddine Benkhalil a souligné que cette collaboration vise la formation et le recrutement de milliers d’opérateurs de câblage pour répondre aux besoins actuels du marché allemand, qui requiert environ un million de travailleurs. Il a également annoncé un projet ambitieux dirigé par l’ANAPEC pour étudier en profondeur le marché du travail allemand, en mettant l’accent sur les compétences opérationnelles et linguistiques des Marocains.
Karim Bernoussi, PDG d’Intelcia, une autre filiale du groupe Altice, a déclaré que cet accord prévoit également l’envoi de techniciens marocains en Allemagne pour travailler sur les installations de fibre optique pour Altice. Ce partenariat offrira aux techniciens l’opportunité d’améliorer leurs compétences linguistiques et de faire reconnaître leurs qualifications sur le marché du travail allemand. Enfin, il a souligné que le succès de cette initiative renforcerait la coopération entre le Maroc et l’Allemagne. GEODESIA recrutera activement en 2023 dans le cadre de ce projet ambitieux.
