Marsa Maroc recruits Handling Employees
Leader in port logistics in Morocco with a geographical presence in 9 ports for international trade, Marsa Maroc offers handling, storage, and port logistics services, as well as services to ships.
Marsa Maroc is engaged with its subsidiaries in a development process in line with the dynamics experienced by the logistics sector in Morocco. In addition to making the quality of service a priority through, among other things, the development of human capital and the continuous improvement of its equipment fleet, Marsa Maroc aims to become a reference port operator at the regional and international levels…
Since its entry into service in December 2006, Marsa Maroc has embarked on a development process that requires providing the organization with appropriate skills.
Recruitment at Marsa Maroc follows a process ranging from the sourcing or search for candidates stage to the integration of new recruits.
Sourcing
The search for candidates is based on several channels. Mention may be made of unsolicited applications received via the website or other means as well as responses to job offers published by the Company. Marsa Maroc also favors direct contact with the job market through participation in fairs and work forums.
Selection
The selection criteria are first set in accordance with the corresponding Job Description. The selection is then carried out by a recruitment commission made up of business managers, HR correspondents, and recruitment managers. To this end, competitions are organized on the basis of oral and/or written tests in addition to possibly psycho-technical tests. The final ranking in the competitions allows the commission to select the candidates to be retained.
Integration
After recruitment, new recruits benefit from an integration program and a sponsorship system to facilitate their immersion within the Company. The integration program may involve training, visits to the Company’s operating sites, or even integration days.
